An Ayurvedic approach to sustaining your energy, vitality and presence while serving families.
This one-hour experiential workshop guides care providers in understanding how to nourish themselves with the same consciousness and reverence they bring to the families they serve. Using Ayurvedic principles and the Universal Mother framework, participants will discover why self-nourishment is not selfish but essential to sustainable, heart-centered caregiving.
