This knowledge can support you through all stages of cycling-- whether you're breastfeeding, trying to avoid pregnancy, on gender affirming hormone therapy, coming off hormonal birth control, trying to conceive, approaching menopause, and beyond. All relationships to cycles welcome. Sliding scale and trades available. Whole or partial payment needed to reserve your spot.
