Mindful Parenting in Nature Event
at the Notch Visitor Center
Join Earth Child New England, the Green River Doula Network, and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) for a collaborative offering for early postpartum families with children in the 0-2 years age range. We will have a babywearing demonstration followed by a Q&A, connect in nature on a story walk, practice baby and me mindfulness and yoga, and end with a caregiver circle facilitated by a local mental health professional.
