Personal Statement:

I believe in the empowerment of women and their partners during their birthing year and early parenthood. I provide services that are inclusive and welcoming of your unique needs, hopes, and experiences. I am also trained to provide childbirth education, breastfeeding initiation and support, and attachment parenting methods. As a doula in the midwest, I specialized in pregnant youth and welcome them in my doula practice as well.

I hope to partner with each birthing woman to support and enhance her birthing experience. My goal is to coach you in the ongoing process of finding and trusting your own inner voice. I encourage and support your believing in yourself during birth and with your parenting efforts once your baby arrives. I support partners as they participate in the birth and newborn bonding and care. As a small, self-indulgent bonus, each new mom receives a handmade quilt upon the baby's arrival.
