Personal Statement:
As a parent educator, I have been supporting families with education, information, and relaxation techniques during their pregnancy, birth and beyond for over 20 years. The basis of my teaching is informed consent - my desire is to instill confidence and a deep sense of calm as women and their companions move through their pregnancy, embrace their birth, and move into parenting. Certified Hypnotherapist, consultations for life-related challenges, and Deep Relaxation for Birth. DONA and ICEA certified. Classes taught privately Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire Counties ~Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Fairview Hospital, Great Barrington Ma and through the Hilltown Health Centers.
