Personal Statement:
I am a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator. I believe that birth is a highly personal journey for each individual involved. It is an experience that extends far beyond pregnancy and birth and stays with a mother for a lifetime. I am committed to assisting women and their partners achieve the most satisfying birth experience possible. I acknowledge that childbirth is a unique experience and each family will have their own desires for their birth experience.
I will work with families to develop their own expectations for the birth experience. I have a great deal of respect for the extremely personal experience that is birth.
